I have to admit that throughout our stay in India, your hotel stood out miles above the rest. The service was impeccable, from the quality of the rooms, room service, restaurant employees not to mention the friendly and helpful reception staff. Even the doormen need to be applauded. You manage a nice Hotel at Mumbai especially the team has been very helpful and smart. They understand the needs of the Guests. Had booked this hotel on recommendation by a Business colleague of mine who had stayed here solo a few months back. As was a single woman travelling all by myself, am quite careful whilst selecting hotels. Hence was a bit apprehensive at first but went by her recommendation. Was pleasantly surprised. I can personally vouch that The Emerald is a very safe hotel for Single Woman Travellers. The rooms are good size (Video) and the service very warm and friendly. The breakfast was decent. The restaurant though vegeterian, serves a good fare. The service was again quite crisp and friendly. Tried the White Lotus Spa and found the treatment a good value for money. Would be definitely returning back on my next trip to Bombay. Five Stars *****

We were a huge group of people participating at Bombay Exhibition Centre ,Mumbai in April and we all were staying in The Emerald Hotel & Executive Apartments,which has  "EXCELLENT LOCATION" close to exhibition Centres and Mumbai Airports.

The Hotel has been there for some time but is very well maintained and well kept.(Hotel Video) The location is excellent as you are just 5 min walk to the JUHU BEACH and there are a lot of eating places around.
The hotel serves good Veg food but if ordered can get Non veg food from outside.

Their own Low Calorie Thali (Zero oil) is very good and a must have.

"A Perfect Hotel for Business Travellers in Mumbai"-Excellent value for money..

It is a good hotel with good and very clean rooms and excellent service equivalent to five star hotel standard. Has good amenities and facilities. Airport Pick up was perfect despite all the construction work at Mumbai airport which leads to chaos. Very convenient location as it is near to Andheri Business District which actually is all dead after Business hours. The area where this hotel is located comes alive in the night with various restaurants,pubs,discotheques,juhu beach+night bazaar etc. Would be staying again on my return back in June.

I stayed in The Emerald Hotel & Executive Apartments,Mumbai,India (View Hotel Video ) with my family including 2 young children in April 2012. I will stay here again and have recommended the hotel to my friends. The staff is friendly, professional and ever helpful. The hotel and the rooms are clean and tidy. The hotel is located on famous Juhu Tara road; the Juhu beach is 5 minutes away and famous shopping district, Linking Road, is 15 minutes by auto rickshaw. We stayed in self catering one bed room apartment; the kitchen was very well equipped and staff was happy to provide additional utensils. The grocery store, vegetable shops and pharmacy are within 5 minutes walk. It is easy to get an auto rickshaw or yellow/black taxi from the hotel at any time of the day. We liked the breakfast menu and play area for the children. There is small business center in the lobby with free access to computer, internet and printer.

Breakfast Buffet wonderful. Reception Staff was Helpful, kind and excellent.Overall a wonderful experience right from check in.Had booked thru Hotels.com

The Emerald just fitted the bill of being close to Mumbai Domestic Airport & International Airport (video of Emerald business centre & Amenities) 

It is in the Juhu district just a short stroll away from Juhu Beach. The hotel room was clean and, for a city hotel, of reasonable size. The Veg food at the restaurant was good.I found the hotel served its purpose and I would use it again.-Tripadvisor

“A Great Hotel that is easy on the Wallet”-         Myself and my wife booked through an online travel agent for our Mumbai Hotel. It was a good decision.
The Front Desk was very warm and welcoming after a long flight. We were upgraded to Club room on arrival. The Breakfast was quite lavish (view video of the hotel) & changed everyday which is not the case in the western world.

The rooms were good size (view video of apartments) and the housekeeping was impeccable with no cause of any complain whatsoever.

The travel desk Manager, Pankaj was very helpful and went out of his way to arrange our itinerary of Mumbai.

We tried the White Lotus Spa and both myself and wife had a great time. Very Professional. The rates also very moderate and resonable.

All in all it was a great experience(view Hotel Video) and we returned back with good rembrances of the trip and hotel.

Room Tip: Request the Front Desk if they can upgrade you and chances are they would at this property.

Tripadvisor Review- “Excellent Service, brilliant location & very comfortable”               I stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was very comfortable and clean. The food was very tasty and I would recommend the Kichdi to everyone. One of the best Ive ever had anywhere!!
