1. Standard Check-In and Check-Out Timings

2. Reservation, Cancellation & Pre-payment Policy

• Cancellation and prepayment policies varies based on the Room / Apartment type and rate plan selected.

3. Children & Extra Bed Policy

• Children of all ages are welcome.

• Guests of 18 years and above will be charged as adult.

• Prices for extra beds are not included in the total room tariff and must be paid separately during the stay.

• As per the Government directive, it is Mandatory for all the guests (Foreign Nationals, NRIs and Indian Nationals) to show a Government approved Photo ID proof at the time of Check-In which can be in the form of Passport and Visa, Driving License, Voter ID Card or Aadhar Card failing which the hotel reserves the rights of refusal.

• All Foreign Nationals have to present their original Passport & Visa etc ( as directed by FRO Office in India ) at the time of check in.
